In addition to commercial and multi-family real estate experience, Doug knows the Seniors Housing industry very well having funded hundreds of millions of dollars for Government Funded Residential Care Residences and Private-Pay or Government Subsidized Supportive / Assisted Living Residences to clients that have included publicly traded REITs, large regional operators, family businesses and Non-Profit groups.  

Doug has extensive experience financing P3 Proponents and Request for Proposal (RFP) Submissions and has a thorough understanding of the various contracts and agreements used by the health authorities and BC Housing.
